Integrity
We uphold honesty, transparency, and truthfulness in every professional engagement.
Building Trust. Clarity for what comes next.
We help professionals and organizations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia make informed decisions through reliable financial information and practical professional support.
To be a trusted and respected accounting, audit, tax, and business advisory practice in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, recognized for professional integrity, independent judgment, technical excellence, and commitment to the public interest.
To provide ethical, competent, and practical accounting, tax, audit, assurance, and advisory services that strengthen financial reporting, promote regulatory compliance, improve governance, and empower informed business decisions.
We are committed to delivering professional services with integrity, objectivity, due care, confidentiality, and accountability while upholding the standards of the accountancy profession.
Our practice is guided by the five fundamental principles of the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants in the Philippines, complemented by applicable independence requirements.
We uphold honesty, transparency, and truthfulness in every professional engagement.
We exercise impartial professional judgment, free from bias, conflicts of interest, and undue influence.
We maintain technical proficiency and perform our responsibilities diligently in accordance with applicable professional standards.
We safeguard information entrusted to our practice, subject to applicable legal and professional obligations.
We comply with applicable laws and regulations and conduct ourselves in a manner that protects public confidence in the accounting profession.
For audit, review, and other assurance engagements, we uphold applicable independence requirements to safeguard the credibility of our professional conclusions.
Independence is an additional assurance-related requirement, not a sixth fundamental ethical principle. Providing advisory services and a statutory external audit to the same client requires a separate independence evaluation; some combinations of services are prohibited.
A client has the right to choose their CPA. Equally, a CPA has the professional responsibility to determine whether an engagement can be ethically and competently undertaken.
We believe every professional engagement must be founded on transparency, cooperation, accountability, and respect for professional standards.
Professional fees compensate expertise and service. They do not purchase favorable opinions, predetermined conclusions, or compromised professional judgment.
A CPA’s signature is not merely a formality. It represents professional accountability and public trust.
