Information you provide
If you email, call or submit an appointment request through our linked Google Form, we may receive your name, contact details, business details and the information you choose to include in your inquiry. Appointment requests are collected through Google Forms, an external Google service. This website does not host a document upload feature. The hosting and email services involved in delivering the website and messages may also process technical information such as IP addresses and message metadata.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether we can assist, arrange a consultation, and manage any resulting professional engagement. We do not ask you to send tax returns, financial records or identification documents through an initial inquiry. We will arrange a suitable channel if they are needed.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, including page views, approximate location, browser and device information. Google Analytics loads automatically when you visit and uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We use these reports to improve the website. Facebook updates
The homepage and Insights page display our Facebook Page posts through an Elfsight widget. The Elfsight platform script loads automatically; feed content may load as it approaches the visible part of the page. Elfsight and Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information and may use cookies under their respective policies. Service providers and other websites
Website hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver the site and messages. We may share information when required by law or with your authorization in connection with a professional engagement.
